Background:

William is an Advocate of the Courts of Judicature with more than 16 years of very active legal practice. William holds a Bachelor of Laws of Makerere University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice of the Law Development Centre. He heads the Firm’s Commercial and Tax Law Practice team which handles Banking and Finance, Conveyancing, Mergers and Acquisitions, Tax Advisory and Litigation, Labour Relations, Commercial Litigation, and Intellectual Property matters. William, in his previous Partnership where he worked for ten (10) years, headed the Commercial and Tax Law Practice managing the Legal Services to top tier clientele.

William regularly represents clients in all Court of Judicature of Uganda, the Tax Appeals Tribunal and other dispute settlement mechanisms.

William is a member of the Uganda Law Society and the East African Law Society.
